You lead by example and understand how to help your team leverage consultative value added selling and relationship development in a fast paced competitive environment. Technology is your friend both with products and with measuring your team's activities and behaviors.

Experience in the Telecom Industry is helpful but not required as you can dig in to learn a new industry quickly.
